"This place went straight down the tubes since Chad got ahold of it. Frank Crispin was a real agent who cared about you. Chad just wants to make money. Ive paid these clowns tens of thousands of dollars after years of doing business with them and they send out a cancellation notice if I'm a day late. Wouldn't be an issue if your autopay system worked correctly and didnt randomly reject my card. Even then, a courtesy call would be nice. Thats too simple. Plus my rates keep going up for no damn reason. Then when you call in, they just try to sell you something like that silly device that goes in your car to spy on you while driving, or that all too popular term life insurance scam. Go somewhere else if your looking for more than just the bare minimum of service."
